Tell us about yourself and your company!
We started in business in 2015, and we have been leading and growing the industry since then. We started with a handful of dolls and as the industry got traction we have been increasing our catalog to more than 5000 doll models in our collections. Many later entrants just copied our web design and marketing features, we have to report many, which at the same time confirmed that we were doing it great.
How did you hear about Sex Dolls?
The need for love dolls has been there longer than most believe, but in the last 30 years were just inflatable or puffy dolls. New advances in technology and materials revolutionized the sex toy industry and the introduction of silicone allowed the creation of more realistic dolls, and here we are today, in the future, we’ll see many humans interacting and spending more time with bots, dolls, and digital entities than with real humans… we are entering this new age already.
What do you like the most about the sex doll industry?
The stories that we receive from our customers, and seeing how our products have impacted and changed lives, and relationships, and bring so many benefits to men and women. Most people see this industry as something dark or taboo, or just related to sex, but what we have seen is that dolls fulfill many other needs: emotional, company, purpose… we’ve received many letters from customers thanking us for what we do, talking about how dolls helped them overcome depression, loneliness, or helped them building confidence, overcoming PTSD, traumas, etc… we see men and women buying dolls for their partners, they spice up their relationship and live fantasies without hurting anyone’s feelings. We are truly amazed by the impact we see from our customers, although most are afraid to share it publicly and the industry is still considered taboo but those who speak to us or to the doll fans know what we are talking about.Â
How much change have you already seen the industry take since you entered?
A lot… the level of realism, features, and details that we have today would make you think that you are looking at a real human.
What are the current biggest changes you see coming to the industry?
Robots, AI, digital…
Who are the customers? How big is the customer base?
As I mentioned before… Men, women, couples… researchers, entertainers, content creators, we even have mental health professionals that have used dolls in their therapies…

How do you plan releases and come up with the next big thing?
We have new designs and doll models almost weekly, the industry is moving very fast, customer preferences are changing constantly, and we have more products in our pipeline than displayed on the website because our team cannot catch up with the volume of new dolls coming up.
Where do ideas for new features come from? How do you decide which ones to build?
We look at trends, at customer requests… many also suggest ideas and we also build custom-made dolls for customers. Many suggest fantasy models, and ideas that we cannot create easily, but there are particular models like the nipple fuckable dolls, transexuals… that came from customer ideas, anime fans suggested anime-looking dolls, and videogame characters inspired others… all kinds…
What is the turnaround time from a new idea to a product arriving at someone’s door?
We usually build dolls for our customers based on what they want. Now we have probably the largest collection of pre-built dolls and are ready to ship in Europe and the USA, for those customers that like our dolls and want to get them like in the photos and fast.
If you want to build a whole new idea, it really depends on the idea, but it usually takes 1-2 months.
Tell us about the most successful or popular doll. What made it so successful?
The most successful dolls are usually displayed on our home page or in top collections, often are very realistic designs and impressive bodies that are only seen in top models, actresses, movies, or fantasy worlds. Our customers want to feel and touch what they cannot reach in the real world and we are in the business of making their dreams come true.
Describe the least popular sex doll. Why do you think it failed? What would you do differently?
Not many, but some models didn’t sell well, usually the less attractive or less realistic ones.
Where do you see your company in 5 or 10 years in the future? What about 20 years?
This is just the beginning, we are entering a new era where we’ll see more technological dolls, automation, artificial intelligence, and digital interactions, we have digital prototypes coming out very soon.
What do your customers say they love most (and least) about the product?
Most reviews always talk about being impressed by the realism once they open the box, the great experience shopping with us, and the knowledge of our team when helping them find their dream doll or assisting post-sale. Many send us photos of their dolls and share stories with us, we have published many in our blog over the years. We love to see how our customers, dress, customize, and even travel with their dolls. We have customers that made their dolls influencers on social media. Dolls go beyond sex.Â
